LA/NY/Dallas cannot spend more on its players than smaller markets like KC/Indy/Cincy.

That's why there's parity.

In contrast, schools like Texas and Ohio State (their fans & boosters) will be able to significantly outspend schools like Missouri and Arkansas on not only coaching staffs and facilities, but now player NIL "endorsements" (bribes) as well.

It's why there needs to be player revenue-sharing similar to conference revenue-sharing.
