until Texas, Texas A&M, USC, Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, and all the other powerhouse programs with massive fan bases, rich boosters, and lucrative media markets are allowed to recruit with sham "endorsement deal" pay-for-play deals, jersey sales, autograph signings, etc...
