Had we decided from day 1 Harris was the pg and Phillips was his backup we would have won at least 25 games last year. At least. You could make an argument for long term culture fit that might be valid, but it is not true to say we maxed out the team potential last year specifically.

The toxic culture and immaturity of Quin only became an issue when his superiors threw him under the bus to protect themselves, and he didn't handle it well. That happened way into his tenure. But even several years before that his teams were wasting potential and not maximizing their abilities due to poor pg play and what appeared to be poor coaching. But we know in reality Quin wasn't a poor coach.
