thing that can be improved for a kid his age. No, he'll never be an elite point guard. But he can get faster and quicker, particularly while dribbling. That's something that can improve with the right kind of work. Nicodemus will work him in those areas.

Not sure about the "team defense" comment. We have no idea how effective our freshmen will be, and certainly, it's arbitrary to throw out "Christmas" and "mid conference." Maybe they'll get it pretty early, maybe they won't get it at all (in which case, they won't get many minutes...CM doesn't mess around with defensive effort).
