Players transfer all the time in college softball. It's an epidemic. And the reasons why they transfer are all unique and individualized. By your logic every single coach who has ever had a girl transfer and leave their program "has something rotten with them". And since 100% of college softball coaches have had girls transfer, that means every single coach is rotten. See how that logic plays out?
I'll say this one last time. Every girl who transfers has their own reason. It's individualized. Many times it has nothing whatsoever to do with the coach. Sometimes, surely, it does. Often it is because these girls were all stars in high school and they don't get the playing time they want and leave to go somewhere where they can play more. Many girls who go away to school transfer to get back closer to their homes and families. It is just false to say that a transfer automatically means "there is something rotten with the coach".
