Curious, when you say yet, what do you mean, or think? What kind of experience would you like to see her have? And let's make a distinction between a pitching coach and the top assistant coach at a top 20 SEC school with broad responsibilities including recruiting. I'd bring her in right now to work with Mizzous young pitching staff. But as a replacement for D'Amour? No way.
She's had 2 years as an assistant at SLU and 1 year at Mckendree. That's it. I agree with you she's not ready for that position at Mizzou. And I don't think another year or two or three at Mckendree would qualify her either. I think she would need to prove herself at a mid major type program before she would be a good choice to be a top assistant at Mizzou. And I say that without knowing anything at all about her coaching skills. She may be very good at it and sincerely wants to work hard and put in her dues and make a career out of it. And may turn out to be a great coach.
