and your comments are just strange.
If there is one trait EE has that many fans love but that also gets him in trouble on occasion it's the fact that he says exactly what he thinks, he gives one of the most honest interviews of any coach in any sport I've seen. One can disagree with what he says, that's fair game. But he is an open book, sometimes to his detriment.
Yet you say all he is doing in this interview is repeating "the narrative fans have constructed". Very bizzare.
And I don't understand how you can admit you don't know what happened, and admit that perhaps EE is right (accurate?), and in the same breath say he is not an accurate source of information. Only someone with first hand insider knowledge of the recent events could even make a reasonable judgment as to the 'accuracy' of EE's statements, and you say in the same breath that you are not that person with that knowledge but know he is not an accurate source of information. Do you understand why some people will have trouble following the logic of your argument?
And in any case, the vast majority of the interview was just EE giving his opinion on a wide range of subjects. Not statements of fact. The major exception being the truly astonishing statement of fact when EE claimed that Rhoades told him flat out in mid-March to "start looking for another job." If true, this is an amazing indictment of Macks veracity and character, since it would have predated the start of the "totally unbiased, no agenda, search for the truth" program review. And gives the lie to multiple statements made by Mack over the course of several months.
