doing his best to try to support other's animosity and fueling the hate towards our program from the other malcontents or those sitting on the fence.

I wonder how hard it is on our players to see this crap that gets posted here about the team, or the coaches or last year when likely so many of them would like to move on as well.

Seriously, I don't care how long someone has been around, if they hate it that damn much I want them to move on. The hate isn't helping and it isn't needed.
