or so season tickets every year? They should have some kind of concierge service that calls those people who have been in the system for the last 5 or more years when they notice they haven't renewed something (parking, tickets, etc.).

I'd be mad as a hatter if they pulled that crap on me. I've been a ticket holder since 08. Just once I'd like the office to call me telling me that there is a better seating option available because someone else didn't renew.

The whole idea should be to entice people to renew and reward them for loyalty. Don't just assume they're going to renew and keep trying to get more $$$ out of us.
