that particular piece of knowledge doesn't explain the unique misbehavior of the football team, nor what happened on the quad, nor 'calling for some muscle' by a member of the faculty against a student, etc., etc.

Sometimes you're just wrong. This is one of those times, for you.

Hint: it's almost as though incarceration rates have to do with criminal activity, which is a conscious choice millions upon millions avoid making.
