have been unlucky. those that grew up where your parents aren't able to pay for college, and you weren't able to get a full ride.

and i'm sure their plan isn't solidified, and will have to be looked at. i think the $125k/yr is too high, but that's just me. i hope there are other requirements to get this access to more education.
