better than the 0yr that a lot of kids currently face. so, more educated.

i'm fine with it only being US colleges, but i'd have to see what their plan is to really evaluate it.

my point -- more educated people around us is obviously better. how much it will cost, and how much less we have to spend on dumb ****? guess we'd all have to see what they propose.
