So then it’s a pro league with unions retirement pensions medical etc. See that’s gonna be the rub if you try and control a non-employees Name Image and Likeness then more than likely the courts are gonna balk. And I doubt universities want to deal with unions, massive retirement and life long medical insurance etc.!

See the NCAA universities want to have it both ways they want to control the players Like it’s a pro league without the responsibility of being a pro league.

Pandora’s box has been opened and it’s never gonna shut again!
