He doesn’t get the Image portion of NIL, a College players image only has value for a local or state business if they are playing for the Local/State school.
Playing for the State school is part of their Image as it’s representative of who and what they are.
If the Baptist National Convention Hired someone to represent them based on the Image they was Christian and Baptist and they then converted to Buddhisms do you not think that contract would be null and void?
Like it or not a college athlete gets NIL money simply based on the team they play for and they have earned that right to make money off their Name, Image, and Likeness. Because they have value to a College team.
