Perhaps a rule that says you forfeit all or part of your NIL money if you transfer to another school before exhausting your eligibility at your original program. Or, contracts written with incentives to stay at your chosen school for the duration of your eligibity. As it stands now, the players and their "agents" have all the leverage.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
