That's the essence of the problem. If it was a genuine NIL endorsement deal, it wouldn't matter what school the kid played at and it would follow him. The way it is, it is pay for play disguised as NIL.

A distinction needs to be made. Just pay the players already and make it all above board. If their name can get them legitimate endorsement deals, let them do it. This isn't rocket science.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
