the players where they would respect their judgement and direction.
It was an earn your keep situation lacking real relationship. They also recruited some of the wrong kind of kids.
When you lead a team, getting the right people on the bus is paramount. Then the culture where there is REAL relationship is the second biggest thing.

Remember Jumbo Cheater Pinkel had lost all respect if he ever had it from his players.
