If you have a good one your program will succeed. If yours is bad nothing else matters. It is equivalent to the QB position in the NFL.

Mediocre coaches do not suddenly become good after 13 years. Nothing can make CM a good coach at this point. If we stick with him we are letting the world know that we have no desire to be competitive at BB.
