ten games below .500 in that span. How is that competence? In that time he had been paid in the top half, considerbly higher at the start, every year.

Nationally he started as top 20 in coaching pay as is still in the top 30. His best finish to date was mid 30's and he has averaged somewhere in the 60's.

We are vastly over paying for his services and next season is going to drive all of his incredibly mediocre numbers even lower.
