More means paying those that are here more?

You can upgrade the staff in 2 ways. More staff to take some of the load off the current coaches/support staff. In doing that you can identify weaknesses and bring in staff that fills those needs.

Keep the same number if staff, but get better people in those positions.

Either way is going to cost about 1.5 million more than Mizzou currently spends.
