but I tend to agree, if CM wanted to upgrade his staff, he would have gone after some young upcoming coaches that dont make much yet and hired them then begged for more money to keep them, but he hasnt, which indicates to me, he doesnt care that much, dont rock the boat, dont take any chances, just keep everything nice and smooth for a few years then retire,
