the problem whose fault is that? CM is not a rookie head coach, when he took this job it was his fourth had coaching gig. He understood the system well enough to negotiate himself the third highest SEC salary, at the time. Did he not think to negotiate for funding that would let him do his job or did he simply not care because he got his? So is he incompetent or apathetic?
