not what somebody thinks 'Fair market value' should be. What happens when the NCAA or whatever governing body that's going to try to determine/enforce this arbitrary number gets sued by someone who can prove they were worth more than what the NCAA was willing to let them have? My guess is those of us who hate the NCAA will enjoy watching them eat ****.
