Targets the next time you try hiring a coach.

Give the current coach a normal SEC type of contract with the resources needed to succeed. If he fails then it’s on him, and you can hire a good one at that time.

If you try to undercut the current one then you get a reputation and the good/proven coaches won’t touch the job.

I know the administration likes him so my expectation is that the way do what they can to take care of him.
