HC's aren't paid 7-figure salaries to be a "nice guy"...

They're paid huge amounts to win.

That's why I hate it when someone defends a coach by pointing out how nice or likable he is. It's irrelevant to me. I'd rather have an a**hole that wins - at least then you're getting your money's worth.
