Almost all P6 level contracts have at least 3 or 4 years left on them. I couldn’t tell you why other than I think agents have everyone convinced that is how it should be.

On question 2 it’s not all about his pay. Give him resources around him to succeed. Mizzou has a small support staff compared to most SEC teams.
