There was info out there first thing this morning, before the FBI announcement came out showing this whole deal as a mistake.
The loop is clearly a loop in the garage pull rope...

BUT....in the pics it certainly looks like the loop is tied in the form of a noose. Which is effing dumb.

But it was not a hate crime toward Wallace. It's just a dumba5$ thing that somebody(s) in nascar did.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
