pull, I would guess that Nascar would have seen it right away and told them right away. The fact that they not only investigated it but also called the FBI seems like some solid proof that it wasn’t some normal garage pull knot. And from looking at that imgur link, that is clearly a noose and not some slip knot or similar knot that you would normally find.
