I would agree if Nascar hadn’t launched the investigation and called the FBI. They clearly thought it was a noose and needed to be investigate. If it was so clearly a garage door pull, why did Nascar call the FBI? Nascar had to know calling the FBI would launch a media frenzy. Why would they do that for a garage door pull? Nascar definitely doesn’t want this kind of attention.

And if you can look at this picture and not see a noose then you need to go to an optometrist. It is not a normal garage door pull knot.
