it? Given the situation with the confederate flag and Bubba speaking out about it only days before, I could see why his crew would see a rope tied like a noose somewhere in his stall and assume it was a noose meant to intimidate Bubba. Now if it was hanging from the door as a pulldown and they thought it was noose meant to intimidate, then I agree that they should have known better.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
