For example, over the back calls (real or imagined, as in Braun's putback dunk) will happen inside the restricted area. Moving screens can be called in there.

The difficulty I had with that call on Braun inside the arc is that the guy he was defending didn't even have the ball (yet).

If *any* contact inside that restricted zone was a foul on the defense, I'd just have the offense clear the hell out there.
