It isn't even something we can debate based on decades of data.

The fact there are not Urgent Care facilities in addition to trauma centers in Hospitals is an item for discussion though.

You could have half the high cost staff we currently have standing around in ER's, and half the costs, if you moved a lot of that traffic into an urgent care environment.

I have insurance, and I don't go to the ER, I go to a freaking urgent care unless it is an EMERGENCY!
