a pre-existing condition and many are because of no fault of their own. You can live a completely healthy life and get cancer at 20 years old or 65 years old. Charging more for something that is completely out of a person's control is wrong in my book. I know almost every person in my family that has had a major ailment such as cancer lived a very healthy lifestyle including a couple of kids who had cancer before the age of 7.
