about the composition of the wall?

There is quite a bit of difference between a 6 foot chain link wall vs. a twenty foot razor wire wall topped with guard towers that goes 10 feet into the ground.

If Trump is going to build a wall, don't you want to be sure it will be effective in its intended purpose?
