border or anywhere else on the Southern border. Only a series of walls primarily at border crossings where security is at its strongest. There are hundreds of miles of unprotected border with no barrier whatsoever.
If done correctly, which is not difficult to do, it would preempt & prevent almost 100% (I'm allowing some infinitesimal % for an amount that would breach it in some manner, since history [Berlin Wall] dictates human will & ingenuity will conquer almost any obstacle - in this case I'm guessing the Pacific Ocean & Gulf would play a big part in a lot of that & most of those attempts would fail or prove exponentially more difficult & dissuading).
Plus, it could be "Shovel Ready" & create jobs right out of the gate! Civil Service jobs too! The Libs would even have to love that!
