illegally- they come in on work/student/visitor visas. While you're correct that a wall can funnel people the amount of money spent on the wall here would have more than paid for enough manpower and technology to do the job more efficiently. Even Perry has stated that he hopes Trump realizes a "fence" should be technology driven and not an actual fence. Additionally it should be pointed out that when Bush built the fence in Texas they moved the border a mile north of the river and divided farm land into sections that inhibit the normal growing and harvest procedures
