You asked if that isn't what tariffs are.
I answered that, yes, tariffs, and all taxation, are (an example of government weaseling its way into business transactions), but to a lesser extent than is the current case of government intervention in the health care system, and that all governments require taxation and since I am not an anarchist that at least some minimal level of taxation (which necessarily has an impact upon business decisions, even if far less than the current government intrusions) is necessary in modern societies.

Maybe you could flesh out your reasoning behind that conclusion for me?
