How is that different than us calling about her after care.
That was the other stupid thing. We were talking to the same nurses that we had been talking to when she was in for the procedure. The ones who said call this number if there are any concerns. We called like two hours later when the pharmacy could not transfer a prescription without their okay. It was a tonsil surgery, we couldn't exactly put her one the phone to do it. They emailed a form that she 'signed' and sent back. It was annoying to jump through hoops for an hour while waiting on the pain meds that she was in need of.
