players not playing hard is easily found on video. The last half of the season it was much more common to find four guys standing around on offense than it was to see any type of motion, sets, plays or whatever they claimed that they were running.

CM was totally ineffective as a coach at the end of this season which was plain to see on the court and emphasized when the entire team left at the conclusion of the year. That may or may not be related to the work CM puts in, I have never commented on that aspect. I have only pointed out that whatever he is doing is not working.
