I have helped build several houses in my lifetime, not once in any of those builds did we tear everything down and start from scratch. Why do we have people on this board telling us that what is currently happening to our program is 'normal' for rebuilding programs?

When you build anything the first step is a solid foundation. CM is going into his fifth year, what is the foundation of this program? Defense is non-existent, offense can be found on any playground across America, hard work, effort and team work are no where to be found and recruiting had been a joke since year one.

Can anyone tell me what the foundational principles of this program are?

If the answer is that there are none, after four years why would anyone expect them to develop now?
