from scratch? That is what CM is doing right now. Show me an example of a successful program that has done this.

I have already granted exceptions for early departures to the NBA so Kentucky would not be an example of this.

If my contractor told me a month into building my house that he was going to tear it down and start over I would have a new contractor in the morning.

Why is CM tearing everything down and being allowed to start over?
