And to have an actual good season you have to develop talent whether it's 3 star or 4 star and you have to put systems in place that utilize the strengths of your players so they gel as a team and improve.

CM has had a few players improve over their time under him (Geist, Dru Smith, etc.) but those are the exception and the teams don't make the same strides as a few individual players.

That to me is about mediocre coaching.
