hard work and effort being no where to be found. I think Cuonzo puts a good deal of focus on coaching effort and gets good results in that area. Tactically and fundamentally we may be poorly coached, but we get consistently good effort in my opinion.

I think in general Cuonzo did a decent job rebuilding culminating towards last season. The coaching was very subpar in years 2 and 3, and our depth was lacking because recruiting was so poor. But everything came together last year and we clearly built towards that moment. Then it fell apart in the second half of the season and was again poorly coached, and after the season everyone left and we are starting over. The only thing that remains is the poor coaches.
