leadership. There have always been powerhouse programs. Nubs for some time. Miami. Now 'Bama. Etc., etc. Honestly I think it's easier for Mizzou now to get talent versus when I was there during some dark times. Just have to make the right hire and spend the money.

However for me, the Chiefs will always be the team I have the most passion for......because the NFL has a cap, no "small market" teams, and it's 100% on your front office if you suck.
