Is by the recruits telling about their offers.

Some fib and say they have that they don’t really have. Or include offers that expired, which make them look better.

I would rather just watch a kid play and decide if he can play in the SEC. it’s the same thing the Rivals and 247 scouts do. Sometimes I’m right about a player sometimes I am wrong.
