Recruiting is important but as LSU proved in football

in 2020 you have to coach them, develop them, get them to play together as a cohesive unit. More important in football than basketball but still applies.

For Cuonzo who runs a rigid system it's more important how well a player adapts to his system than recruiting ranking.
