He was a top 150 caliber player, but had some academic questions and thankfully qualified.

Dixon was ranked No. 130 nationally among this year's senior class.

“He’s got a great work ethic; he’s a winner and a competitor,” coach Mike Anderson said in a press release. “I feel it’s a tremendous statement when the best player in the state wants to be a part of your program, and we have that with Mike.”
