he's inconsistent, but has a high ceiling. He's the type of coach who can take K-State to an Elite 8 and USCe to a Final 4.
Cuonzo Martin is not that type of coach. He has a low ceiling, but a higher floor and thus fewer bad seasons. Cuonzo is really the worst kind of coach to have: he'll never win anything meaningful, but he does *just enough* to make it difficult to fire him.
