i.e. 60% instead of 25%...
That's "1 in 4 years" which is actually "3 in 5 years" since (1) the school made the tourney in year(s) immediately prior to the arbitrary cutoff-year chosen, and (2) would have made the tourney in 2020 if not for it being cancelled due to COVID.
