So 23/36 recent F4 teams didn't have 3+ Top 30 classes?

I'd guess VCU, Butler, Wichita State, South Carolina, Loyola are the only examples of teams who didn't have at least 2 Top 30 recruiting classes in the 4 yrs prior to their Final Four.
